We would love you to join Bethany Church for a day of fun, relaxation and some space to discover together what is means for us to Live a Distinctive Life.
We will be heading to the beautiful Foxhill conference centre all day Saturday for an opportunity to get to know one another more, grow deeper in our faith together as we worship and pray, and learn more about the potential our lives can have when we live with Jesus at the centre.
There’ll also be plenty of time for chilling out, fun and walks or to simply kick back and relax – we’d love to see YOU there!
The cost of the day is £42 – this can be paid in full or in two instalments. The last day you can book on is Sunday 19 October so book in early!

•What’s the plan for the day? TBC
•I have dietary request, will the venue help? Please send special requirements to conference@bethany.uk
•What time do I need to get there and when will I leave? Arrive for 0930 and we finish mid-afternoon.
•Who are the speakers? The contributors are members of Bethany Church and a guest speaker.
•Is food provided? There are pastries on arrival, breaks and a full mid-day lunch.
•Can I bring my own drinks and food? Only crisps and chocolate (no nuts) and no drinks.
•Is Foxhill accessible to wheelchair users? There is a lift. Main access is via the side entrances.
•Can children come? Yes.
•Can I bring pets? Only assistance dogs.
•Is there WiFi? Yes.
•What do I need to bring? Outdoor clothing.
•How can I get there? Bus (Manchester to Warrington; Warrington to Halton Hospital; Halton Hospital to Woodhouses Park; Woodhouses park walk 1 mile to Foxhill), car, taxi (£40 single), train (To Helsby via Manchester Piccadilly).
•How do I pay? Cash (on a Sunday), cheque, online, by card (on a Sunday).
•What does my £42 cover? Hire of the facilities, food and drink.
•What happens if I need to cancel my ticket? You lose your deposit.
•Filming and Photography. People are sometimes sensitive about having their photographs taken and we have requested that those people let us know of their concern beforehand… so please ask for an update at the conference.

Event Terms and Conditions and Key Terms
Whilst we have set out some key terms for you to note below, it is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions.
Cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of the Event
We may cancel, reschedule or alter the Event (including the date, location, timings, programme, speakers and format) if it can’t be conducted as planned due to events or circumstances we can’t control. If we do so, you have the right to a refund or may have the opportunity to opt to attend a rescheduled or substitute event. We will not have any further liability to in relation to any of your other costs or expenses.
Cancellation by you
You can cancel your contract for the purchase of an Event Ticket by writing to us at conference@bethany.uk if you cancel on or before 14th October 2025, we will refund 50% of the cost of your Event Ticket or if you cancel after 14th October 2025, no refund will be provided.
Exclusion and Limitation of our Liability
Where permitted by law, we exclude our liability to you in several respects and limit our liability to you to the cost of your Event Ticket.
Your Liability for damage to our and the venue owner’s property
You are liable and must reimburse us for any damage you cause to our and the venue owner’s Property.
Food and Drink
The Venue Owner does not permit food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to be brought on to the Venue other than crisps, sweets and chocolate provided that they do not contain nuts.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Bethany Church will collect your personal data for the purposes of managing registrations and administering the event. In addition, Bethany Church will collect your health and dietary information, where relevant, and will share this information with the venue provider, Foxhill Conference Centre, for the purposes of enabling them to properly cater for any specific health/dietary needs and to provide first aid services where necessary. By providing this information, you explicitly consent to Bethany Church sharing this information with Foxhill Conference Trust. If you do not want your health/dietary information to be shared, please contact conference@bethany.uk
Additionally, Bethany Church would like to take photographs at the Event for the purpose of, among other things, marketing and advertising Bethany Church activities in print and online. For a list of all the purposes that your images may be used for please read Clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact conference@bethany.uk.
